What types of stamps do you sell?

We sell pre-inked stamps. These stamps are perfect as they don't require a stamp pad in order to make an impression. They have a built-in ink pad!

 

Can I buy a set of stamps with different teachers' names on each stamp?

Yes! By clicking on the Customise tab at the top of the page, you can make as many custom stamps as you wish. Be sure to click "Add to Cart" when you are happy with your design before you begin to make a new stamp.

 

Can I buy stamps with just an image only?

Yes! By using the OutStamping Custom Stamp Designer  you can make a variety of different stamps. Simply leave the Top Line and Bottom Line blank.

 

What happens if I make an error in my custom design?

Please ensure you have double checked your spelling, including any capital letters and punctuation as we create your stamp with the information exactly as you provide. We cannot make assumptions about what you had intended to create on your stamp.

If you find this error in your confirmation email, please contact us immediately at contact@outstamping.com.au and we will be able to rectify this change quickly for you. If you find this error upon receipt of delivery of your stamps, we can make your stamps again, however this will be at an additional cost to you.

How long will it take for my stamps to arrive?

Our orders take 7-10 business takes to process, and delivery times may vary depending on where you live. Delivery is via Australia Post and if you are within Australia, delivery is usually between 2-6 days. Please be patient, Australia Post is currently experiencing some delays due to the increased number of package deliveries and COVID-19. Please see Australia Post COVID-19 Delivery Delays for more details.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

When you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email, once your order has shipped you will receive another email with information regarding tracking. 

 

I have ordered a Custom stamp, but I cannot see the image of my stamp on my email, what's happened?

In your confirmation email, you will see an image of a red stamp that reads "Your Text Here". If you click on the blue box which reads "View your order" you will be able to see an image of what your stamp will look like. 

 

What's the best way to get the most vibrant image from my stamp?

We have found that the vibrancy of the stamp image increases with the amount of pressure that is applied when stamping. Even pressure on the stamp will also ensure all of the image is transferred to the paper. We test all our stamps before sending them to you. We recommend medium to heavy pressure to guarantee the best image transfer and vibrancy of colour. Please communicate with us at contact@outstamping.com.au if you have any further questions.

 

If I pay for express post, will my stamps arrive more quickly?

Unfortunately, your stamps will still be processed within 7-10 business days; we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

At the moment, Australia Post is experiencing some delays with delivery. Express Post is still the fastest means of receiving your parcels once your order has been shipped. Please see Changes to Express Post services for more information.

 

Can my school bulk order?

Of course! Please email us at contact@outstamping.com.au and we will happily put together a quote for you and your school. We look forward to working with you and your school to create custom stamps together!

 

I need to place a large order of stamps and I need it by a certain date, can you accommodate me?

We would love to be able to accommodate your order! If your order is over 20 stamps and you have a specific date when you require these to be delivered, it is imperative you communicate this with us prior to creating your order to avoid any disappointment.

 

I'm not happy with my stamps, can I get a refund?

We're sorry that you are not satisfied with your stamps. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

 

Can I buy these stamps even if I am not a teacher?

Definitely, whether you're buying for a teacher or buying for yourself or your business, you can find or design a stamp that is suitable for your needs. Where is your store located?

We do not have a store front. Our store is all online. We're based in Greater Sydney, NSW and proudly 100% Australian owned.
